To print your label at home

To prepare your return label in advance, always check off UPS Dropoff, not the UPS Store Dropoff. Bring the label and your package to Else Where. We can’t take UPS Store labels or QR Codes because we’re not a UPS store.

To bring your phone in and get our help

We’re also happy to help at the store. Bring your package in and bring in your phone. You’ll need to be able to log in to your Amazon or other account on your phone. We’ll step you through the process of getting the correct label to ship from our store. We’ll print out the right label for $1.00.
